I started the Kelli Grant Group to provide the quality white glove service that we are known for. We are chief professionals with a genuine attitude and a proactive approach. We value our long term client relationships, serving as educated real estate advisors. I started my career as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty in 2005. I attended Mega Agent Camp and served on the Agent Leadership Council. Before jumping into real estate, I launched a software company with two partners. Our flagship enterprise management system, Building Prophet, provided local home builders and contractors with a unified system from estimating through project management to payroll. I was a member of the Arizona Contractor’s Association, Construction Financial Management Association, and served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Women in Construction.

Although I grew up in Arizona, my family moved here from Minnesota in 1976. I truly enjoy helping our relocation clients move to The Valley of the Sun from all over the country, along with our part-time residents from all over the world. I believe in serving our community and giving back. I volunteered for Fresh Start Women’s Foundation for over 10 years, served as a Mentor and provided skill-building workshops.

My career started as a Concierge/Concierge Manager at the Hyatt Scottsdale where I learned the value of excellent customer service. Going above and beyond the call of duty is something I’ve brought to my real estate business. Being thorough and staying in touch with clients is essential and establishes long-lasting relationships with our buyers and sellers. When I got my license in 2001, I served as a licensed assistant for four of the Valley’s top agents with Realty Executives for over 10 years….while raising two amazing boys during that time!

I joined the Kelli Grant Group in 2012 and started working with buyers who were relocating to the area. A large part of my role is educating out-of-town buyers about Phoenix and our real estate market and providing resources to help make their transition as easy as possible while they are selling a home, buying a home, moving their families and starting a new job. Volunteering is important to me. I’ve been giving back to the community as a “Big Sister” with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2013. I also volunteer each month for the Heart of Scottsdale tour, assisting in setting up a successful tour for REALTORS® to showcase their new listings for sale in Scottsdale.

After working for many years in the IT field in the Washington DC metro area and starting a family, I moved to Phoenix in 2004. I spent five years managing the family’s accounting and tax preparation business, learning from the inside out what it takes to be successful as a business entrepreneur. Little did I know at the time that this experience would later help me launch my own business as a fitness trainer and health coach. Joining the Kelli Grant Group has been a tremendous opportunity to bring the breadth and depth of my career path and expertise to a role as varied as my resume.  It is my pleasure to serve in the areas of marketing, business management, and overall support to assist the team to do what they do best…to serve our clients with the utmost attention, dedication, and skill.  I am a proud mother of two teenage boys, a self-professed gym rat and whole foods nut, a soloist for the music ministry at my church, and a woman determined to get better and make things better every day.
